Tale Wagging Theatre presents Crackers

As a follow-up to his original show The Rooftop Guy at the 2010 Ottawa Fringe Festival, John Cook’s Tale Wagging Theatre presents its sophomore play Crackers, at the Shenkman Arts Centre, beginning tonight for a 4-show run.

As described in their press release, the play focuses on Eric:

He spends his time reading the paper and watching his favourite day-time show, “As The Scalpel Cuts.”  All is grand until young Salvador shows up and occupies the space next to him.  Salvador is not at all happy with his accommodations and constantly complains to Eric.  Eric tries to ignore him, but then begins to suspect that Salvador is much more than the whining boarder he purports to be.
